Pre-bid meeting with bidders in Delhi for MP tender

Outcome: Based on the inputs received during the pre-bid meetingheld at MP Bhawan, New Delhi on 9th April 2019, MPUVNL changed the procurement process from closed envelope financial bid to Reverse Auction. Further, in the pre-bid meeting, the bidders suggested that the total bid capacity be distributed into smaller groups to enable timely completion of the project by multiple contractors. MPUVN agreed to the suggestion, to increase participation in the tender and for timely completion of projects. MPUVN has distributed the entire project capacity in comparable packages of about 4 MW each and allowed the bidders to bid for single or more packages as per their ability to deliver.
