Training of Trainers Program: Rooftop Solar Grid Engineer

Outcome: 17 trainers were trained during this program conducted at Westin. This training program had twelve theory sessions (excluding inaugural, valedictory sessions, site visit and long presentations review made by the participants). The sessions covered important aspects of Rooftop Solar PV that would be relevant for DISCOM management for inspection and integration of the Rooftop Solar PV systems with the grid across the consumer spectrum. The sessions had been appropriately designed with indoor sessions and a site visit covering a period of five days.
